Return & Exchange Policy
At Apollo Pet Braces, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the highest standards for our products.
Returns
Returns are accepted for unused items only and must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Products that show signs of wear, damage, dirt, pet hair, odors, or misuse may not qualify for a return or refund.
All approved returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Exchanges
If the incorrect size was ordered, customers may request an exchange prior to use of the product. Exchange requests must be approved before returning the item.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Clean and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Custom Posh Dog Knee Brace Credit Option
If you decide to upgrade to a custom Posh Dog Knee Brace, the full amount paid for your original eligible product purchase may be applied toward the cost of the custom brace instead of receiving a standard refund.

- Custom-made products once production has started
